Easy returns and exchanges within 30 days — with free return shipping on sizing and change-of-mind returns.

30-day window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items we cannot accept
We are unable to accept items that have been worn, washed or altered, items damaged by the customer, or any request made beyond the 30-day window.
Free return shipping
Free return shipping fee. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you. You are not charged to send eligible items back.
Simply email us and we will send the prepaid label. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed.

We email a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.
Pack securely
Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Drop off
Leave the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Get your refund
We refund or exchange within 2 business days after inspection.
How to exchange an item

Include your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
Receive a free label
We send a free prepaid return label — download and print it.
Ship it back
Send the item to our return address (listed below).
Inspection
We inspect the returned item once it arrives.
Replacement shipped
Your replacement is produced and shipped within 2 business days. If it cannot be remade, you receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Because every item is printed to order, cancellation is time-sensitive. You may cancel your order for a full refund only before production begins — generally within 12 hours of placing it.
After production starts: Once an item is already being produced upon order, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case you may still use the 30-day return process above after delivery.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued to your original PayPal balance or the card used at checkout. No restocking fee is charged.
Shipping fee policy
Defective or wrong item: If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong product, you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, and return shipping is free.
For change-of-mind and sizing returns, return shipping is free as described above; the original $4.95 shipping fee on the outbound order is non-refundable.
