Every order is printed to order, then shipped across the United States with tracking.

Shipping rates and delivery
Because our items are made to order, each order goes through production before it is dispatched. The table below shows our flat rate and the full timeline from the day you order.

Processing & carriers
Orders are produced upon order within 2–5 business days. Once your item passes its final quality check, it is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued.
We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your destination and order, and the specific carrier and tracking number are included in your shipping confirmation email.
Where we ship
United States only. We deliver to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within the processing window, contact us at [email protected].
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, or the parcel appears stuck, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We open an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 3–5 business days. Once resolved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Failed delivery or wrong address
Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, a re-ship fee may apply.
Sales tax & order changes
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
Because items are produced upon order, order changes can only be made before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will help if production has not started.
