QAre your products made to order?

Yes. Every item on nolvaxdra.shop is printed to order. Once you place an order, your apparel, jersey, shoes or hoodie is produced upon order and finished before it ships to you.

QWhat products do you sell?

We offer adult apparel, jerseys, shoes and hoodies, all featuring our original made-to-order designs.

QWhy does production take a few days?

Because each item is produced upon order rather than pre-made, we need 2–5 business days to print and finish your item before it goes to the carrier.

QWill the colours match what I see on screen?

We aim for accuracy, but because items are printed to order, slight variation between screens and the finished product is normal.

QHow long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days from your order date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

QHow much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, no matter how many items you buy.

QWhich carrier will deliver my order?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order. The specific carrier and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

QWhere do you ship?

We deliver to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories.

QDo you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

QMy tracking says delivered but I can’t find it. What now?

Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or full refund once resolved.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account required.

QIs my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through PayPal under PCI-DSS standards. We never store your full card details.

QDo you charge sales tax?

The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

QDo you accept returns for non-defective items?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached.

QDo you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept direct exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for — we’ll send a free prepaid return label.

QHow do I get a return label?

Email support with your order number. Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day — at no cost to you. Download and print the label, then drop off the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

QDo I pay for return shipping on a sizing swap?

No. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, return shipping is free — we provide a free prepaid return label.

QHow long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we inspect your returned item. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it.

QCan I cancel my order?

Because items are printed to order, you can cancel for a full refund only before production begins — generally within 12 hours of ordering. Email [email protected] as soon as possible.

QMy item arrived defective or wrong — what do I do?

Contact us right away. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund including the original shipping fee, or send a corrected replacement.
